Hollywood Fire Rescue Releases January 2026 Call Volume

Hollywood Fire Rescue has implemented a new monthly reporting format to give the community with a clearer picture of response activity and service demand. In January, the department processed 2,462 service calls, indicating that the city's operational pace remained consistent.
Station 31 received the most calls (527), followed by Stations 5 (496), and 45 (419). Station 74 replied to 349 occurrences, Station 105 to 323, and Station 40 to 237 calls. An additional 111 calls were handled by other resources and support units.
EMS incidents made up the majority of activity with 1,948 responses. Fire crews handled 29 fire-related calls, while 69 incidents involved special operations. Public service requests totaled 249, and non-emergency responses accounted for 167 calls. Department leaders said the updated format will continue to highlight trends, support transparency, and help residents better understand the scope of services provided each month.
