Newburgh FD responded to a 19 Hasbrouck Street conrete wall fell on top of subject on February 24th. City/Newburgh Police and Empress EMS was at scene.
Firefighters removed concret off subject and EMS transported subject to Montefiore-St Lukes Hospital. City/Newburgh Code Inspectors were at scene. City/Newburgh
Police took pictures of the scene. Code Enforcement Officers looking into the permits and proper paperwork.
