February 18, 2026 — The Smyrna Fire Department marked another milestone of professional excellence on February 18, 2026, as two of its firefighters earned advanced national certifications. Firefighter Max Hamilton successfully passed his Paramedic National Registry Certification, while Firefighter Vincent Gozzola achieved his Advanced EMT National Registry Certification. These accomplishments reflect the department’s ongoing commitment to training, professional development, and delivering the highest standard of emergency medical care to the Smyrna community. Department leadership commended both firefighters for their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to advancing their skills in service to others.
