February 19, 2026 — Clayton County Fire & Emergency Services proudly recognized its Pathway students as they showcased their uniforms and training achievements while preparing for graduation and the next chapter of their professional journeys. With commencement just around the corner, these students are evaluating future career paths, including opportunities in public safety, where they have already developed foundational skills rooted in leadership, service, and responsibility. Through hands-on learning and mentorship, the Pathway Program equips students to serve as citizen first responders, emphasizing that public service extends beyond a job title and reflects a lasting commitment to community care. Department leaders expressed confidence that regardless of the careers they ultimately pursue, the students are prepared to step forward as capable young adults ready to support and strengthen Clayton County.
