HALL COUNTY, GA — February 14th — Hall County Fire Rescue successfully completed a Hazardous Materials Technician class, which culminated in a final full-scale scenario done in collaboration with the Hall County Sheriff's Office SWAT Team. The training focused on identifying risks, coordinating operations, and reducing threats in complicated, high-stress contexts.

Throughout the simulation, members detected several hazards and attempted to handle the situation while preserving scene safety and operational goals. The SWAT Team increased realism by introducing a simulated explosive device to put emphasis on decision-making, communication, and teamwork.
