NEW LONDON, NH - The New London NH Fire Department responded to a two-car MVA at the intersection of Andover Road and Main Street while crews were conducting training on Bunker Road, February 13th. The call came in at 10:56 a.m., and Engine 2 and Utility 1 arrived to discover both vehicles with significant front-end damage. Firefighters stabilized the scene and extricated the driver of one vehicle using rescue tools. Both occupants from that vehicle were transported by New London EMS with minor injuries. The driver of the second vehicle was evaluated on scene and declined treatment. Police aided with traffic control and inquiry. All units left the scene around 11:30 a.m.
