BRIDGEWATER, MA — February 12th —The Bridgewater Fire Department released its 2025 call summary, which showed a total of 5,161 responses for the year. The department received about 14 calls every day. Emergency medical calls made for the majority of replies (3,651 events). Fire replies numbered 101, false alarms 780, and other service calls 629. Mutual help activity was stable. During fire and EMS responses, the department gave mutual aid 90 times and received aid 69 times. Fire protection activities also continued, with 842 inspections completed.
