January 19, 2026 – The Bay Shore Fire Department continued operations and overhaul efforts following a significant structure fire on Harbor Lane, releasing additional photographs highlighting the intensity of the blaze and the coordinated response by multiple units. Firefighters worked under challenging nighttime conditions as heavy fire engulfed portions of the residence, with flames venting through the roof and upper floors. Engine and truck companies, along with fire patrol units and department personnel, operated strategically to contain the fire and prevent further extension. Mutual aid partners and supporting agencies assisted throughout the incident, demonstrating the strong collaboration among neighboring departments.
