Brookline, MA — January 15th — At the Brookline Fire Department's facilities, Wellesley Firefighters Local 1795 members underwent live burn training. Earlier in the week, Groups A and B trained after Groups C and D.
For synchronized ventilation, hose advancement, search operations, and interior fire attack, the controlled burn structure offered realistic circumstances. In Massachusetts, sustaining operational preparedness and firefighter certification requires live fire training. In order to maintain in-town coverage and guarantee that all shifts participated, department officers organized the multi-day evolutions. Before actual disasters happen, personnel may assess strategies and reinforce safe fireground procedures thanks to the yearly training collaboration.
