Good Will FD-Town/Newburgh EMS-New York State Police were dispatched to a vehicle rollover on exit ramp Exit 39 Route 9W-February 8. Good Will Firefighters checked vehicle for hazards, EMS and State Police couldn't locate driver. Units returned to quarters. State Police investigating the incident.
