Town Line Fire Recognizes Member Service Anniversaries

Town Line, NY — January 30th — The Town Line Volunteer Fire organization honored two members this month as they celebrated significant service anniversaries within the organization.

John Palermo has been with the department since January 1991, and he recently marked 35 years. Palermo has worked as an Assistant and Master Mechanic throughout his career, and he has been a Director on the department's Board of Directors since January 2023. His work has contributed to fleet readiness and day-to-day operations. Stephen Coffed celebrated 22 years of service, having joined the department in January 2004 after previously working for the Lancaster Fire Department. Coffed has held the grades of Lieutenant and Captain and has served on the Board of Directors since 2012, where he is currently Chairman.
