GoodWill FD was dispatched to vehicle rollover eastbound mile marker 38, requested Winona Lake FD respond with Rescue. Fire Department were returned to quarters nothing needed. New York State Police investigating the cause. Eastbound traffic was down to one lane. Traffic backed up for at least one mile.
