BROOKLYN, NY - Brooklyn firefighters were kept busy Wednesday afternoon, February 4th, battling a two-alarm fire at 1099 Halsey Street. First arriving units reported a frozen hydrant and quickly called for additional units, including the transmission of a 2nd alarm. One civilian and one firefighter suffered minor injuries.
