Rollover Crash in Westport Results in Extrication

WESTPORT, CT - On January 17th, members of the Town of Westport Fire Department responded to a rollover motor vehicle accident and extricated the vehicle's lone occupant. In order to ensure uninterrupted medical care, firefighters stabilized the vehicle and established secure access. The person was given to Westport Emergency Medical Services after the extrication was finished, and they were sent to a neighboring hospital for additional assessment. While emergency personnel worked on the area, police helped with traffic control.
