February 1, 2026 — Kennebunk Fire Rescue units responded as mutual aid to a working structure fire at the Breakwater Inn in Kennebunkport on Monday, providing critical support to crews operating at the scene.
Engine 2 and Tower 1 were dispatched to assist Kennebunkport firefighters, with additional cooperation from departments serving Arundel, Kennebunk, and Kennebunkport. Upon arrival, Kennebunk crews were integrated into fireground operations, including hose line deployment and aerial operations from Tower 1.
