January 29, 2026 — The Foster Center Volunteer Fire Company is urging residents to take precautions as a Cold Weather Advisory remains in effect for Foster and surrounding areas. Issued by the National Weather Service in Boston, the advisory runs from 7:00 p.m. Thursday through 11:00 a.m. Friday, with dangerously cold wind chills expected to drop as low as 18 to 20 degrees below zero.
