Hopatcong Fire Department Recognizes Firefighter II Graduates

The Hopatcong Fire Department applauded Firefighter Shane Stone, Lieutenant Tyler Crowley, and Captain Aaron DePack on completing their Firefighter II training at the Sussex County Fire Academy. In addition to preparing participants for advanced fireground operations, safety protocols, and incident management, Firefighter II training expands upon fundamental abilities. According to department authorities, finishing the program requires a substantial investment of time, energy, and dedication to professional growth. Lieutenant Matt Foy, Captain Carlos Goncalves, First Assistant Chief Bernie Kotchkowski, Second Assistant Chief Wade Crowley, and Chief Matt Smith joined the graduates in providing support.
