January 16, 2026 — West Greenwich Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 assisted Lake Mishnock Fire/Rescue during a gas leak incident within LMFD’s response area on Friday. Ladder-25 was requested to the scene and deployed to the roof to support mitigation efforts, working alongside Lake Mishnock personnel to ensure the situation was handled safely and efficiently. Crews coordinated operations to secure the hazard, protect nearby structures, and maintain public safety.
