January 21, 2026 — Lake Mishnock Fire/Rescue members gathered at the station for an evening dedicated to emergency medical services training, reinforcing the department’s ongoing commitment to preparedness, professionalism, and teamwork. The training session, led by Captain Quinton, focused on sharpening core EMS skills, reviewing best practices, and ensuring members remain ready to deliver high-quality patient care when called upon by the community. Hands-on instruction and open discussion allowed members to learn from one another and strengthen confidence in both equipment use and clinical decision-making.
Following the conclusion of training, members came together for a department dinner prepared by Private Nieske, providing an opportunity to unwind, connect, and continue building camaraderie outside of formal instruction. Department leadership emphasized that evenings like this play a critical role in strengthening bonds among members, fostering trust, and maintaining a positive, unified culture. Lake Mishnock Fire/Rescue expressed pride in its members for their dedication, continued learning, and service to the community both on and off emergency calls.
