NEWBURGH, NY - Winona Lake and Orange Lake Fire Departments responded to a reported vehicle fire at 21 Hill Street on January 29th. Orange Lake command arrived and reported a working vehicle fire. Winona Lake arrived, stretched a hand line and began extinguishing the fire. Orange Lake hooked up to a nearby hydrant and supplied Winona Lake with water. Town of Newburgh police were also at the scene. The fire was extinguished and overhaul was completed a short time later.
