December 19, 2025 — Members of Georgia Fire & Rescue traveled to the University of Vermont Medical Center to deliver dozens of donated toys as part of the annual Operation Fire Cuffs program, continuing a holiday tradition that connects local first responders with children and families in need. The toys were collected over several weeks at the Georgia Fire Station and Town Offices, with strong community participation helping make the drive a success. Fire officials expressed their gratitude to residents, local partners, and volunteers whose generosity ensured a meaningful holiday impact, emphasizing that community support remains at the heart of the department’s outreach efforts.
