December 28, 2025 — On a cold, wet December night, members of the Enosburgh Fire Department took advantage of indoor space to continue sharpening critical rescue skills. Firefighters conducted hands-on training with hydraulic extrication tools, focusing on safe operation, proper technique, and teamwork under realistic conditions. The session combined focused instruction with friendly competition, reinforcing both proficiency and camaraderie. Training regularly—regardless of weather—ensures crews are prepared to operate efficiently and safely when called to serious vehicle accidents and other rescue incidents.
