Hillsborough, NJ — January 13 — A reported structure fire near Falcon Road prompted the Hillsborough Twp Station 37 Fire, located at 375 U.S. Highway 206, to react. When Chief 37 arrived, he verified that the property at 34 Falcon Road had a fully engaged attached garage fire. In order to advance mutual-aid companies and supply more resources, a first alarm assignment for Box 10-01 was requested.
By starting suppression efforts, firefighters were able to quickly contain the fire and stop it from spreading to neighboring buildings. Tanker 37, DC37, and C37 were among the Station 37 assets on the scene. To finish extinguishment and overhaul operations, crews operated under the incident command system. Units stayed on the scene until conditions were calmed, and no injuries were recorded.
