Newburgh FD responded to a MVA vehicle striking building at 10 Carpenter Ave on January 16. City/Newburgh Police were at scene. Firefighters checked
vehicle for hazards and structure of building. Driver fled the scene Police impounded the vehicle. FD requested Building Department check building.
Owner of building arrived and was going to fix damage. City/Newburgh investigating the cause.
