Cronomer Valley-Coldenham FAST and Plattekill FD responded to reported structure fire at 52 Church St on January 9th. Units arrived and found smoke condition in
laundry room area. Firefighters checked vent from dryer and found screen was burnt-firefighters unplugged dryer and checked area for extensions. Advised home owner
to get electrian to check outlet. Hand tools used to remove vent. Ulster county Deputy Fire coordinator and Orange County 36-12 was at scene.
