December 17, 2025 – Nanticoke City Fire Department Truck 1 returned to quarters after assisting at a residential structure fire in Newport Township. The company operated alongside mutual aid departments during suppression and overhaul operations before being released from the scene. No injuries to firefighters were reported during the response. The incident was handled in coordination with Nanticoke Firefighters IAFF Local 2655, with crews returning to service following completion of assignments.
