The town's Fire Department's 2026 officers were sworn in by Mayor Peter Calamari to kick off the new year. The mayor congratulated the department's leadership team for their ongoing community service and administered the oath of office to them during the event. Chief Frank Aiello, Deputy Chief Chris Campo, Battalion Chief Christopher Meier, Captain Tie Stutzer, 1st Lieutenant Keith Mahoney, 2nd Lieutenant Scott Meier, 3rd Lieutenant Tim Meier, and 4th Lieutenant Orion Gruenberg are among the officers sworn in for 2026.
