Demarest Ladder Company Honors Lt. William Stimper at Street Dedication

On December 13, the Demarest Fire Department Ladder Company waved the American flag during a street dedication ceremony honoring Lt. William Stimper. While responding to a building fire at 70 William Street in the City of Englewood, Lt. Stimper lost his life while performing his duties. The Boulevard was dedicated in his honor by the flag display, which was a visual homage to his sacrifice and service.
