Through its staffing program, the Marshall Township Volunteer Fire Department posted possibilities for new Brigade and Associate members. Members have the opportunity to staff the firehouse and respond to events as part of the department's four-shift, round-the-clock manning plan. The following shifts are available: 6 a.m. to 12 p.m., 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. For staffing shifts and answering calls, participants may be eligible for stipend reimbursement. Members can earn up to $100 each shift, depending on activity, for each shift and call answer.
