Monday night training began with a review of the RIT (Rapid Intervention Team) SOG (Standard Operating Guidelines). Afterward, the crew geared up to practice firefighter CPR and how to effectively remove the SCBA, mask, gloves, helmet, and coat from a downed firefighter quickly and efficiently while performing CPR.
