The extended front bumper has a hose basket, intake and discharge gates. There are six seats in the cab along with a transverse compartment behind the rear cab doors and a light tower on the roof. In addition, there are two cross-lay beds, a booster reel above the pump on the officer's side, portable winch, roll-out tool boards, ground ladders stored in a compartment under the rear hose bed, 10 kW generator and scene lights. It also carries high angle rescue packs under the rear hose bed, cribbing, extrication tools and air bags. There is one hard suction hose located in a compartment on each side of the apparatus, and 1000-feet of 5-inch LDH in the hose bed. The apparatus is set up so that firefighting equipment is located on the driver's side of the rig and rescue tools on the officer's side.
