Valley Stream, N.Y. — October 12 — The Chiefs, Officers and Firefighters of Engine Company No.4 and the Valley Stream Volunteer Fire Department announced the passing of Honorary Chief Vincent Scala, a 58-year member of the department.Scala was also the father of Firefighter Michael Scala of Rescue Company No.1.
