Firefighters participated in a live-fire training session designed to reinforce structural firefighting techniques, crew coordination and communication under controlled conditions.

Members of the North Sewickley Volunteer Fire Department, Station 13 in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, attended the training on September 19, 2026, at Butler County Community College's Public Safety Training Center in Butler County.

The session included practical exercises inside the facility's burn building, which provides a controlled environment for firefighters to practice operations associated with structure fires. The training emphasized teamwork, communication and the application of firefighting procedures during simulated fire conditions.

The department acknowledged Chief Mike Mamone III and his crew for assisting with the training exercises, along with the members who continue to participate in regular training and emergency response activities.
