Minquas Fire Company (New Castle County, Delaware) Rescue 23. Rescue 23 is a 2011 Pierce Arrow XT on a 1993 Saulsbury body, the body was re-utlilized from the former Mack MC rescue, and the entire unit was refurbrished in 2011. This apparatus responds first on all motor vehicle accidents, specialized rescue assignments (with the exception of water rescues), and all special service fire responses.
