Philadelphia Fire Department Ladder 10. Ladder 10 is this 2025 Spartan Metro Star cab and chassis with an LTI ladder. It is equipped with, a Spartan Metro-Star Chassis, a 500 HP Cummins X-12 Engine, QX-100 4-section aerial with 500 lb. tip load, Harrison 10KW hydraulic generator.
