River Vale, NJ - River Vale Fire Department members conducted a drill focused on first-due engine company operations, running hands-on evolutions along Beechcrest Drive designed to reinforce core response fundamentals under realistic conditions.

Crews operating Engine 1 and Squad practiced a rolling response scenario, emphasizing safe apparatus operation en route, establishing a hydrant connection, stretching attack lines, calling for water, and transitioning to air for interior operations.
