Weare Firefighters Refreshed Gas Emergency Skills

Weare, N.H. — July 24 — The Propane and Gas Association of New England participated in a gas emergency training course led by Weare Fire Rescue. Firefighters received a refresher on propane and gas emergency response, including risks and safe operating procedures. Members talked about how to handle gas-related incidents and went over response protocols. Department staff members had the chance to brush up on their expertise and improve their preparedness for calls involving natural gas or propane thanks to the training.


Located at 144 North Stark Highway, Weare Fire Rescue offers the community emergency medical care, rescue, and fire suppression services. To keep operating skills and emergency response preparedness up to date, the department periodically holds training sessions.
