Washington, N.H. — July 19 — Steve Minikowski was honored by Washington Fire and EMS for his thirty years of fire service. After working with the Somers Fire Department in Connecticut for many years, Minikowski joined the department approximately five years ago. He served in Connecticut and New Hampshire over his tenure, which gave Washington's emergency response operations experience.

Members of the department acknowledged his ongoing dedication to community responsiveness and fire service. Minikowski continued to be involved with Washington Fire and EMS, helping locals and other members. The agency acknowledged the achievement as a result of thirty years of community involvement and emergency service contributions.
