To do the last inspection of the new Ladder 1 for the Berlin Fire Department, Captain Dube, Lieutenant Leveille, and Firefighter Kenney drove to Appleton, Wisconsin.
The department's 1995 Simon Duplex ladder truck will be replaced by the new Pierce ladder truck. Later this summer, delivery is anticipated.
