Pine City, NY - Members of the Webbs Mills Fire Department participated in a joint training exercise with the Big Elm Fire Department focused on rural water supply operations and fill site setup.

During the drill, newer operators practiced establishing a fill site using Engine 1831, supplying water to Big Elm’s tanker apparatus. Crews also reviewed and discussed best practices for improving efficiency in tanker filling operations and overall fill site management.

The training strengthened interdepartmental coordination and reinforced key skills necessary for effective water supply operations in rural response environments.
