Joint training on emergency extraction gear was held on July 27 in Alstead, NH by Gilsum Fire Department and Alstead Fire and Rescue. Firefighters rehearsed using the tools used in vehicle and rescue operations and went over the equipment. Crews from both agencies had the chance to collaborate on synchronized rescue tasks and gain practical experience during the program.
