— August 3rd —  For a departmental gathering at the Dairy Frost in Vail Mills, the Broadalbin-Kennyetto Fire Company took a break from its usual Monday training routine.

The company's 1932 Chevrolet Pumper, BKFC Truck No. 2, was brought to the event by members. Outside of routine emergency response and training exercises, the occasion gave members a chance to socialize.

The department expressed gratitude to Bonnie and the Dairy Frost team for supplying ice cream delights and contributing to the success of the evening's member event.
