Firefighter Rich Corel was praised by the Callensburg Licking Township Volunteer Fire Company for passing the National Registry exam and finishing his EMT school.

As he continues to serve the community, Corel may now add EMT to his professional title. He is one of many local responders who work with several organizations to help offer emergency coverage because he also responds with Knox Fire.

Assistant Chief Flaherty commended Corel for his achievement and urged him to keep developing his abilities and giving back to the community.
