The Hollywood Fire Rescue and Beach Safety participated in the annual Tactical Medic Course at Camp Blanding, enhancing the capabilities of its SWAT Medics.
Personnel trained in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), focusing on critical skills such as hemorrhage control, airway management, treatment of penetrating trauma, tactical movement, mission planning, and high-threat extrication.
This advanced training ensures SWAT Medics remain prepared to deliver lifesaving care in high-risk environments, strengthening the safety of both first responders and the community.
