Malvern, PA. — July 4 — While celebrating Independence Day, the East Whiteland Fire Company, Station 5, was prepared to handle crises. In order to celebrate safely, the department advised locals to use caution when near barbecues, fireworks, and outdoor events. During community events, fire authorities also encouraged the public to maintain emergency access routes clear and to leave professional fireworks displays to qualified operators.


Due to increased travel and fire-related events, Independence Day is typically one of the busiest holidays for emergency responders. The celebration demonstrated the department's ongoing dedication to safeguarding locals, assisting with public gatherings, and offering dependable emergency assistance throughout East Whiteland Township and surrounding areas.
