On July 14, the Avondale Fire Company declared that it had been chosen through a nomination scheme that supports first responders to obtain a supply of LMNT electrolyte drink mix.

During prolonged events, training exercises, hot weather, and other physically taxing emergency responses, the zero-sugar electrolyte drink mix is designed to keep firefighters hydrated. Members will benefit from the donation throughout training and operational activities.
