Avondale, PA. — July 8 — After taking the oath of office as a police officer with the City of Coatesville Police Department, Firefighter Joseph Decker was acknowledged by Department Avondale Fire Company, located at 23 Firehouse Way. Decker, a third-generation firefighter, stayed involved with the firm while maintaining his dedication to public service.
