On July 29, a number of Vineland Fire Department personnel got unit citations for their actions during a search and rescue mission in Salem County.
Chief Jeff Kraus, Deputy Chief Don Fiocchi, Captain Charles Smith, Firefighter Lou Tolotti Jr., Firefighter Jen Hoxworth, and Firefighter Harry Mills were among the beneficiaries. They helped in the operation alongside a regional search team, and their performance and teamwork were recognized.
