During a departmental simulation on June 29, members of Upper Deerfield Fire Department Station 33 performed relay pumping operations and continued training on Ladder 33 protocols.
In addition to giving firemen more practical experience using Ladder 33, the training concentrated on creating a dependable water supply via relay pumping. Operational skills and readiness for next emergency responses were strengthened by the simulation.
