O'Hara — July 4 — While keeping prepared to respond throughout the holiday, Parkview EMS celebrated Independence Day alongside emergency service organizations across the country. The celebration honored the country's heritage of civic duty and public service while commemorating the anniversary of the Declaration of Independence's signing in 1776.

EMS workers were on hand to offer emergency medical care whenever needed as communities came together for parades, fireworks displays, and family gatherings. Residents were urged by Parkview EMS to celebrate sensibly, adhere to local fireworks safety regulations, drink enough of water when engaging in outdoor activities, and dial 911 in case of an emergency. The occasion also honored the commitment of EMS workers who serve their communities on a daily basis.
